We focused on capturing the essence of Lisa’s vision: a consultancy that’s as personal and welcoming as it is professional. The 70s-inspired aesthetic became a foundation for communicating this balance. We incorporated warm, inviting tones paired with clean, structured design to capture HappyHive’s dual commitment to professionalism and creating human-centred workplaces. Subtle design details—like soft shapes and retro-inspired accents—bring a sense of individuality to the brand.

Typography and design were intentionally chosen to create a visual language that’s versatile across mediums, from digital platforms to print materials. The overall identity positions HappyHive as more than just an HR consultancy—it’s a partner in creating thriving, positive workplaces.
